Jack perry

Personal Trainer

Jack grew up in the United Kingdom and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sport Development With Coaching from the University of Northumbria. Upon completing his degree Jack worked as an ocean lifeguard in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Denmark, before he relocated to Canada in 2016 where he found a new career as a personal trainer. 

Over the past six years Jack has continued his education in the pursuit of offering the most up to date knowledge to his clients. Jack has additional training and specialization in the following skills:

  • Certified Nutrition Coach 

  • Certified Female Strength Training Coach 

  • Myofascial Release Specialist

  • Certified Glute Specialist 

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach

Alongside having his own personal training business, Jack also works for Vancity Physio as their Active Rehabilitation Coach. These roles combined have given Jack great experience and client success, allowing him to specialize in the following areas:

  • Weight Loss/Body Transformations

  • Injury Rehabilitation

  • Strength and Conditioning Training

Outside of work, you can often find Jack outdoors enjoying what BC has to offer, he has a passion for skiing in winter & volunteers with the Whistler Blackcomb Ski Patrol.

Anna Kim

Personal Trainer / Kinesiologist

Anna has a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from the University of the Fraser Valley, Abbotsford, BC.

Anna is interested in using physical activity to help clients improve their quality of life. She believes that customized progressive strength programs help clients prevent or alleviate pain, thereby helping to perform a daily movement with ease. She enjoys creating a fun, inclusive, meaningful, and supportive environment.

Anna has worked with all age populations (12-82 yrs),  she is passionate about clients` progress and well-being. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, from athletes to injury rehabilitation, alongside clients who are just looking to feel better. Anna is comfortable working with people that may have issues such as muscular injuries, joint replacements, balance issues and spinal alignment.

She strives to help clients reach their goals by focusing on the proper technique and using research-guided exercise prescriptions. Over the past five years, her passion for providing collaborative, high-quality, client-centered care has allowed her to gain practical experience and skills in the following areas:

Weight Loss/Body Transformations
Strength and Conditioning Training
Functional Training

Anna has been physically active since a young age. She is a former competitive ballroom dancer, and loves sports and movement. Anna has a deep appreciation for what this city has to offer; she enjoys outdoor activities and she is always in search of a new challenge.

Chris Cardinal

Personal Trainer / Kinesiologist

Chris is a registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He is passionate about helping others, improving quality of life and staying in motion!

In 2019 Chris graduated from the University of Ottawa from the Human Kinetics Program. While at UOttawa. Chris volunteered as an exercise therapist for the MS Society and became practiced in working with neurological disorders and rehabilitation programming. Since graduating, he has been working with a wide variety of clients such as those with musculoskeletal injuries, car accidents (including ICBC), and chronic pain.

Outside of work Chris loves playing all kinds of sports, cycling and enjoying the outdoors. He grew up playing hockey, soccer and volleyball, and can be found on the beach or in the parks playing volleyball all summer, and in the rinks in the winter. Chris also likes boxing and relaxing on the beach!
